Carter C. Stein, the son of a civil engineer and an English teacher, chose the practice of law because he believes that our system of justice, specifically trial by jury, is vital to protecting the rights and liberties of all citizens.

Carter has significant real world experience representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Carter is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts, Arkansas’s Eastern and Western United States District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Carter has been an active member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association since joining the bar. He has been on the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors since 2008 and was named the 2010 Outstanding Member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Young Lawyers Division.
