Distracted Driving and Teenage Drivers

In Arkansas, drivers of all ages are prohibited from texting while operating a vehicle, drivers 18 to 20 years old are prohibited from using hand held cell phones while operating a vehicle, and drivers 18 years old and younger are banned from using hand held or hand free cell phones while operating a vehicle.
