18 Wheeler Wrecks

With all the bad weather, it is important for folks to understand that federal regulations exist that require 18 Wheeler operators and companies to consider road and weather conditions before allowing their trucks to operate on our highways. Poor weather can contribute to a wreck, but decisions made by companies or drivers concerning when and where to travel need to be examined. Also, as we have posted here before, keep in mind that in any significant truck wreck the insurance company or trucking company will have an investigative team on the scene within hours.
