30,000 Glass Vases Recalled by Michaels Stores

The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada have announced a recall of about 30,000 Ashland glass vases due to laceration hazards. Distributed by Michaels Store Inc., the agency said the vases can break or fracture when a user picks them up, posing a risk of injury.
