Additional Retail Sales Prompt CPSC and Meijer to Re-announce Roman Shades and Roll-Up Blinds Recall; Strangulation Hazard Posed

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced an additional recall of 3,200 “Innovations” and “At Home with Meijer” Roman shades and roll-up blinds. The recalled products pose a strangulation hazard to small children. In March 2010, 240,000 units were originally recalled.
