Bad Boy Enterprises Agrees to $715,000 Civil Penalty for Failing to Report Defective Buggies

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced today that Bad Boy Enterprises, LLC of Natchez, Miss., has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $715,000. The penalty settlement agreement has been provisionally accepted by the Commission.
