Beware of Deadlines in Accidental Injury Policies and Life Insurance Policies

Many insurance companies put language in your policy that attempts to shorten the time you have to file claims and the time you may have to sue them for improper denial of your claim. Be aware there may be deadlines in your policy that they attempt to enforce. Some deadline provisions may be enforceable under Arkansas law, some may not be. Also, accidental death or injury insurance policies often times cover things such as loss of sight, loss of hearing, and loss of use of a limb.
