West Marine Recalls Folding Deck Chairs Due to Collapse Hazard
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 1,200 folding deck chairs produced by West Marine Products Inc. The agency said the recall was issued after it was discovered the chairs could not support the advertised weight. Concussion Suits Against NFL Consolidated
More than 80 lawsuits representing approximately 2,000 former NFL players have been consolidated into one master suit accusing the league of hiding information about the risks associated with concussions. 73,000 Kia Rio Vehicles Recalled in US
Kia Motors has issued a recall of more than 73,000 Kia Rio vehicles, model years 2006-2008, due to a problem with the passenger-side airbags.
