Evenflo Recalls About 35,000 Convertible High Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 35,000 convertible high chairs by Evenflo Inc., due to a fall hazard. The agency said the activity tray on the chairs can detach, allowing an unrestrained child to fall out of the chair.
