Gerber Recalls 3,000 Instant Knives Due to Laceration Hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 3,000 Gerber Instant Knives due to a laceration risk. The agency said the locking mechanism on the knife may fail to engage, casing the blade to fold closed during use, potentially injuring the user.
