Infant Tylenol Oral Suspension Bottles Recalled
McNeil Consumer Healthcare has issued a recall of around 574,000 bottles of Infant’s Tylenol Oral Suspension after the company received complaints about the dosing mechanism. Officials for McNeil said customers have complained that the flow restrictor on the dosing syringe was not effective.
