Irwin Recalls 10-Inch Circular Saw Blade 3-Pack Due to Laceration Hazard Posed by Defective Packaging

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of more than 55,000 circular saw blade 3-packs due to laceration hazards. Manufactured by Irwin Industrial Tool Company, the agency said the blade can fall out of the bottom of the packaging, posing a laceration hazard.
