Manhattan Group Recalls About 3,000 Baby Rattles Due to Choking Hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada have announced a recall of about 3,100 baby toy rattles that can pose a choking hazard. Imported by the Manhattan Group, LLC, the Whoozit Starry Time rattle has spheres on each end that can break, spilling out small parts of the toy that can pose choking hazards to infants.  https://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml12/12161/
