Moon Marine USA Corporation voluntarily recalls frozen raw yellowfin tuna product

A California fish processing company has issued a recall of almost 59,000 pounds of frozen raw yellowfin tuna packaged as “Nakaochi Scrape” linked to a recent Salmonella outbreak. The Centers for Disease Control has reported 116 patients with Salmonella poisoning in recent months, with 81 percent of them reporting the consumption of raw fish before getting sick.
