Spin Master Agrees to $1.3 Million Civil Penalty for Failing to Report Aqua Dots and for Selling a Banned Hazardous Substance
Los Angeles company Spin Master Inc. has agreed to pay $1.3 million in civil penalties for failing to report hazards and defects associated with one of the company’s products. The company failed to report issues with its Aqua Dots product, a children’s toy and craft kit.
