Stryker Claim Registration Deadline

Just a reminder, there is a deadline for registration of claims in the Stryker hip proposed settlement. The deadline is December 14, 2014. By registering, you are not stating that you will participate in the settlement program. That decision does not have to be made at this time. You have until March 2, 2015 to elect to participate, but you must register to be eligible for participation. The settlement proposal includes a base award of $300,000 for a person who has had an implanted Stryker ABG II or Rejuvenate device and whose has had to have revision surgery. If you have had two implants and revision of each implant, you could be eligible for up to 600,000 in base awards. The proposed settlement allows for certain deductions for age. It allows for enhancements in certain cases. The entire settlement proposal has many details that will require looking at each case individually to determine whether it qualifies and what enhancements may be available to a participating claimant.
