Tyson Foods Recalls 131,000 Pounds of Ground Beef

Tyson Foods has issued a recall of 131,000 pounds of ground beef due to a risk of contamination with E. coli. The Department of Agriculture has found several cases of illnesses in Ohio, and tests of ground beef in the patients homes were positive for E. coli.
