Will Arkansas Follow Tennessee’s Lead in Enacting Tort Reform?

Tennessee passed the Tennessee Civil Justice Act of 2011. Now it looks like additional tort reform measures in the form of a higher burden of proof for emergency room physicians, loser pays, innocent employer provisions, and a possible constitutional amendment are on the table.
