XS Scuba Recalls Miflex High Pressure Diving Hoses Due to Drowning Hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 17,000 high pressure scuba diving hoses due to an increased risk of the hose rupturing. Imported by XS Scuba, Inc., the agency said if the hose ruptures, the air supply can be cutoff to the diver, posing a drowning risk .There have been 189 reports of hose failures, but no injuries have occurred.  https://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml12/12155/
